The Villa

Welcome to GoofysPad, our beautiful 6 bedroom 3 bathroom 2 story villa with large 30ft X 15ft SOUTH FACING private pool and spa, overlooking the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve which is situated in the desirable and spacious Crescent Lakes.

The air conditioned villa is bright and roomy accommodating up to 12 people plus a baby or toddler in comfort with 3000 square feet of living space, including a King Master Suite, two ground floor bedrooms and shower room, a bright voluminous family room, a 2nd living area with TV, PS2 and Hi Fi and a fully stocked games room.

Ideal for single families, two families or extended family that want space and luxury.

Set over two floors, on the tiled ground floor you will find:

Family Room. A large bright room, open double story to the roof with two sets of double doors leading out onto the pool area which has a child safety fence.

Sit comfortably on the beautiful leather suite and relax or watch the 50 inch PLASMA TV. Enjoy 70 channels of cable TV or a DVD from the selection provided. This is a perfect room to relax in after a day in the parks, shopping or golfing.

Leading off the family room is the nook which provides two breakfast bar stools and a table and chairs overlooking the pool, ideal at breakfast time or for a quick snack. We also have a highchair for the very young ones. Please see the Just for Kids section for more information.
A quality kitchen space will be essential for you whilst staying at a villa. The kitchen at GoofysPad is fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. This includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee percolator and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery even some specifically for the children for use inside and outside.

Through the kitchen and turning right you will find the Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room gives you plenty of space to keep on top of all the washing.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the Dining Room. There is a large table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably, ideal for formal dining or entertaining.

We have converted the garage into a fully equipped Games Room. This is not full of cheap rubbish that will break with regular use or something we have put together on a shoe string budget.
There is an 8ft slate bed pool table, a foosball table, TV and an electronic dart board. As you would expect there are also all the cues and balls you need.


The Games Room was designed with kids (and big kids) in mind. If it's raining, yes it does rain in Orlando, it's a great place to go to while away a few hours, but be careful it becomes seriously addictive.

Leading off the entrance hall you will find two bedrooms and a shower room.

At the front there is a King Bedroom (2), beautifully decorated with King Size bed, cable TV, alarm clock and a great sized integral wardrobe.

Situated between the two bedrooms is a shower room with vanity and WC.

With a view of the pool there is a double bedroom (4) with cable TV and a wardrobe.

From the ground floor go upstairs to find:

Master Bedroom Suite (1). This room has a fabulous King Size bed, ceiling fan, 21 inch digital LCD cable TV, DVD player and two large closets, one of which is a huge walk in. The bedroom and bathroom span the whole width of the house.
		The en suite bathroom benefits from his and hers vanity, separate WC, large separate shower, garden bath and hairdryer. We also have 1 cot and 1 pack and play for infants.

Turning left from the stairs walking through the galleried landing that has views outside to the Nature Reserve and down to the family room and dining room you will come to three further bedrooms, a bathroom and an open landing 2nd living area.

Queen Bedroom (3). This delightful room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and large closet.

Goofys Sporting Pals Twin Bedroom (5). With window at the front of the house, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and closet.

Princess Twin Bedroom (6). Every little Princess will love this room with Cable TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan and closet.

Family Bathroom. Full bathroom with shower over bath, his and hers vanity, WC and hairdryer.

One other important area upstairs is:

2nd Living Area on the large landing with ceiling fan. You will find a sofa and arm chair with cable TV, PlayStation2 with games, DVDs, Hi Fi with CDS. This is a great place for the children to have their own space. We also provide games, books and toys. Check out our special page JUST FOR KIDS

As you would expect all bedding is provided. There are plenty of towels supplied, not only for the bathrooms but also large beach towels for use around the pool and spa.

The house has its own safe to secure your valuables while you are out and is protected by a monitored alarm system.

We have a superb local management company who inspect our villa before and after each guest to ensure a clean and inviting home awaits you when you arrive.
